To ensure a positive interscholastic experience for every wrestler through a unified commitment to our Team Core Values in the everyday quest to reach our program goals of academic excellence, improved wrestling performance, and personal growth to give our student athletes the skills to become productive citizens in their communities.

TEAM BEFORE SELF - A team member unwilling to sacrifice individual goals and desires for the betterment of the TEAM cannot convince other teammates to do so. All team members are expected and encouraged to work toward a common vision where they direct individual accomplishments toward TEAM GOALS, to allow all team members to achieve uncommon results.

ACADEMIC SUCCESS

Our Number One Goal is for each wrestler to achieve academic success by aiming for high grades, showing constant improvement, and carry the work ethic learned in wrestling into the classroom.

WRESTLING SUCCESS

Apart from wanting each athlete to develop, improve, and mature as a wrestler and as an athlete, our Second Goal is to unite and compete as team. Through dedication and commitment to our Team Core Values each wrestler will find various levels of success in the sport while making our team great.

PERSONAL GROWTH

Our Third and Final Goal is that each wrestler takes the lessons learned in wrestling and incorporates them into their everyday lives. We desire for everyone to mature, develop self-confidence, and become a better person through self-discipline, cooperation, integrity, and teamwork.
